NO FIX NO FEE?

ANSWER: In the initial half hour we will try to find the problem and estimate the time it can take to remedy. If our remedy does not solve your problem then we will not charge a penny. However, if once our engineer has done his checks and informed you of the cost and time involved and you decide not to carry out the work then the only charge incurred will be the call out charge.

QUESTION:  WHAT IS COVERED BY A £30 CALLOUT?
ANSWER:
For this basic callout charge you get 30 minutes of an Engineer's time working on your particular PC requirements. During the 30 minutes the Engineer will give you an estimate if further work is required. After the first half hour every 30 minutes is charged at £15 but most problems we encounter can be resolved in an hour. If something more extensive, like a rebuild is required, then an Engineer will offer to take your computer away to keep the cost down. Either way, you'll always know what a job's going to cost so you're in control of what you want to spend

QUESTION:  WHAT IS A HEALTH CHECK?
ANSWER: We've created our own health-check at PUREVISION COMPUTERS which is a comprehensive one hour service of 35 individual checks and fixes, including for example, virus cleansing, cookie and pop-up removal. This product only costs £75 and has never failed to please our customers. It's a fantastic clean up and spring clean for your computer, that's guaranteed to get it running faster, smoother and more efficiently

QUESTION:  WHY ARE YOUR ENGINEERS BETTER?
ANSWER: Every Engineer is highly trained and selected for home and company network skills and goes through a demanding recruitment policy including a full Criminal Record Bureau assessment. They undertake a comprehensive education programme with ongoing assessments and to become a permanent Engineer they need good satisfaction scores. We insist on complete honesty

ANSWER: Yes we guarantee our work from a visit for 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied with the service we've provided we'll remedy that immediately at no extra charge

Answer: Our free phone line (0800 043 7866) is ready to take your call from 9am to 9pm, Monday-Sunday. You'll always talk to a real person. We'll never put you into a queue, nor send you to a foreign call-centre. If all our lines are already busy, you will be directed to our senior engineer who will be more than helpful in taking your query.
