SERVICE COSTS
We
will visit you for FREE and within 15 minutes diagnose your
problem. Our
Engineer will give you an estimated cost beforehand so you are
always in control of the price. When you agree to the costs you
will from then on only be charged £15
per half hour.
Or depending on the problem if the engineer finds it will take to
long on site then he will recommend taking your computer
away to our workshop
FREE OF COST
where a fixed price will be quoted. After repairs are undertaken
your computer will be returned to you. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR
COLLECTION AND RETURN.
WE
aim to fix over 90% of PCS within the hour in your home
All
our Engineers carry a wide range of spare parts and software so we
can get you up and running in the shortest possible time
However,
if it will save you money, we'll recommend removing the PC to our
workshops, returning it within an agreed period. This allows us to
limit the cost to you if the repair will be time consuming
And.
if we believe a new PC would be better value than replacing
multiple parts, we'll tell you. Through our relationships with
manufacturers, and on account of the volumes that we buy, we can
offer our customers the best possible prices on computer hardware
and software
